(d) Describe how a CAPTCHA test reduces the function of malware. (2)
A CAPTCHA test reduces the function of malware as it works by asking users to enter a randomly generated series of letters and number that are displayed on the screen. Automatic software cannot read the letters displayed, or enter them into the required field, so this is used to distinguish human users from bots.

(e) Explain one positive impact of cloud-based services on learning. (2)
Cloud-based services on learning allow students and teachers to access from anywhere in anytime because storage and applications are hosted online.

(f) Describe how mobile broadband can be used to provide access to cloud-based services. (2)
Mobile broadband provides high-speed wireless connectivity using 3G or 4G technology to connect to the mobile phone network, which acts as the user's ISP. It can be used to provide access to cloud-based services through internet.

(g) Give one reason why Judy should use mobile broadband. (1)
Due to lack of wired infrastructure, Judy should use mobile broadband.

(h) Explain one benefit of using wired connectivity. (2)
Wired connectivity is most secure and less affected by interference that wireless.
